DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY


Delivery

All orders by default use registered mail and you may refer to https://www.bikecompanion.sg/faq for more details. Please select the correct delivery and payment method when checking out. If you are self collecting, select PICKUP FROM STORE on checkout page. Otherwise, please choose WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING on checkout page. The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our Site. Orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery partner within an estimated of 3 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the Product to the address specified in your Order.

If delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the Product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

Returns Policy

Bike Companion does not accept Returns unless product is deemed defective after Bike Companion’s investigation and assessment. Variations in measurement are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that product measurements are accurate. If you believe you have received a defective item, email us at admin@bikecompanion.sg with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.

The decision for a replacement piece or refund solely lies with Bike Companion and will be accessed case by case basis. If a returns request is to be made, item must be mail back to Bike Companion in its original state and with its original packaging for investigating and accessing purposes. You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. You are encouraged to send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. In the event the parcel does not reach Bike Companion, Bike Companion will not be responsible for the loss of mail.

If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above,Bike Companion reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. Please note that refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit.
